Duties Prepare food items according to company standards, maintaining high quality and safety standards Assist customers with their orders, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and give accurate change using basic math skills Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Skills Proven experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to serve guests warmly and professionally Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with cashiering, upselling techniques, and serving in a café or retail store setting is preferred Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus for preparing menu items accurately Join us if you're passionate about delivering great food with great service!
