In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas. You will work closely with the culinary team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food service, we want to hear from you! Duties Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure a clean workspace. Stock supplies as needed, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored. Support the culinary team during peak service times by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to food preparation and safety. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
