Job Description
Belmont After-school program is looking for an enthusiastic and adventurous Outdoor Adventure Teacher to lead exciting outdoor activities for children ages 5-12 . Schedule Weekends (Saturday or Sunday) 4-6 hours per day Part-Time Responsibilities Lead outdoor adventures including hiking, nature walks, scavenger hunts, and team-building games. Teach outdoor skills, environmental awareness, and nature appreciation. Organize fun physical activities that build confidence, teamwork, and leadership. Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging experience for every child. Communicate with parents and staff regarding trip activities and safety. Qualifications Experience working with children is preferred. Passion for outdoor education, recreation, and adventure. Energetic, patient, responsible, and dependable. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Reliable transportation is required. Must pass a background check. College students majoring in Education, Recreation, Environmental Science, Biology, Kinesiology, or related fields are welcome to apply! Compensation $40-$60 per hour , depending on experience.
