Documents must be attached via EdJoin.org Contact Email htorres@monroviaschools.net Job Summary Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Long/Triple Jump and Throws Coach(s) for the upcoming season. At the the direction and supervision of the Principal, Athletic Director and Varsity Head Coach the applicant:- Assist in coaching games, conduct practices, travel with and supervise team, communicate with parents.
- Prioritize health and safety of students first.
- Devotion to tenets of education-based athletics required.
- Previous High School or club coaching experience preferred.
- Must have previous experience coaching or participating in Track & Field or Cross Country.
- Must have knowledge of the sport of Track & Field or Cross Country.

- "Concussion in Sports" Online course available through National Federation of High Schools. (www.nfhslearn.com)
- "Heat Illness Prevention" Online course available through National Federation of High Schools. (www.nfhslearn.com)
CPR & First Aid:
evident of current certification. MUST be recognized by American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. (Online Courses Unacceptable)TB Test:
evidence of current negative test OR Adult TB Risk Assessment Form.CPR & First Aid:
evidence of current certification by the AHA or ARC (no online courses will be accepted).- Current driver's license at time of employment
AQUATICS ONLY
- Current American Red Cross certification in Safety Training for Swim Coaches (No Online Courses) or
- Current American Red Cross certification in Lifeguard Training (No Online Courses) or
