The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests in and around the pool area. This role requires strong swimming skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in preventing accidents and responding effectively in emergency situations. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Perform regular surveillance of the pool area, identifying potential hazards. Respond promptly to emergencies, administering CPR and first aid as necessary. Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and maintenance activities. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols and emergency procedures. Requirements Current certification in CPR and First Aid and Lifeguarding is required. Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if needed.
