In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout guest rooms. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents. Handle chemical agents safely by following safety data sheets (SDS) and proper handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and colleagues. Ensure all cleaning tasks meet sanitation standards and hotel housekeeping management protocols to uphold guest satisfaction. Follow hotel emergency procedures when necessary, ensuring safety protocols are always maintained during cleaning activities. Experience Prior hotel housekeeping preferably in a hotel experience is highly desirable but not required Familiarity with floor cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous. Experience handling chemical agents safely and understanding safety data sheets (SDS) is essential. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and sanitation protocols ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
