Overview Sweevo Cleaning is a residential cleaning company serving the Phoenix area, and we're building a bench of the best house cleaners in the Valley. Our clients book standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/out cleans, many of them on recurring weekly or bi-weekly schedules, which means steady, repeat work for the cleaners who serve them. Here's how it works: when a client books, the job shows up on your phone through our app with the address, home size, pay amount, and everything included in the scope. You accept the jobs you want and skip the ones you don't. No set shifts, no minimum hours, no clocking in, you build your own week around your own life. Some of our cleaners work two days a week; others fill their calendar full-time. We're not a staffing agency and this isn't a gig app where you're a number. We're a local company that handles all the hard parts, marketing, booking, scheduling, payments, and customer service, so you never have to find your own clients, chase an invoice, or field a complaint call alone. Your job is the part you're great at: walking into a home and leaving it spotless. Do consistently great work and it pays off directly: your rate moves from 50% to 55% of every job, you get first pick of recurring routes in your area, and your regular clients become the backbone of a predictable weekly income. This is an independent contractor (1099) position, you set your availability, you're free to keep your own clients or work elsewhere, and you're in control of how much you earn.

Pay Flat rate per job:

50% of the total job price, including add-ons (55% for top performers) Most cleaners earn the equivalent of $35-45/hr

Examples:

1,400 sqft standard clean = $98 (~2.5 hrs)

• 2,000 sqft first-time clean = $180 (~4 hrs)
