Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to uphold a polished appearance. Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper techniques to prevent injury. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns. Use janitorial and custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment safely while ensuring all surfaces are spotless and sanitized. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated schedules while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with outdoor work when necessary, including patio or garden area cleaning or maintenance tasks. Support housekeeping management by reporting supplies needs, equipment maintenance issues, or safety hazards promptly. Other assigned tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with various cleaning detergents and equipment used in professional housekeeping settings. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and consistently being punctual. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and handle physical demands of the role.
