Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. Your energy and commitment to quality will help uphold our reputation for exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing. Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and bathrooms. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all areas. Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with outdoor work when necessary, including trash removal and outdoor surface cleaning. Communicate professionally with guests regarding their needs or special requests related to housekeeping services. Qualifications Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks comfortably. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas when needed.
