We are looking for dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hospitality team. If you take pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for guests, we'd love to meet you! As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, sanitized, organized, and ready to exceed expectations. Your commitment to cleanliness and customer service directly contributes to our hotel's success. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel brand standards. Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms. Restock towels, toiletries, coffee supplies, and guest amenities. Clean and maintain public areas including the lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, laundry facilities, and employee areas. Remove trash and replace liners throughout the property. Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly. Follow all company safety procedures and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment. Handle laundry duties when needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and supply inventories. Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms while maintaining high quality standards. Provide friendly, courteous service and respond professionally to guest requests. Work closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals. Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as business demands. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service. Why Join Us?
