Royal Motel, located on Coast Highway 101 in Encinitas , is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Cleaner/Housekeeper . We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work , provides exceptional guest service , and is ready to contribute to a welcoming and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to high standards of cleanliness and comfort Start daily cleaning of checkouts at 11:00 AM. 1-4 hours daily depending on amount of checkouts. Wash, dry, and fold laundry, including linens and towels Restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally Handle guest inquiries and requests with a friendly and helpful attitude Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly Assist with light office tasks such as answering phones and taking messages when needed Maintain the appearance of the front office, lobby, and exterior areas

Requirements:

Must speak English (Spanish is a plus!) Prior housekeeping or motel experience preferred Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Ability to handle guest interactions in a professional and respectful manner Flexible availability - this is a part-time position, 7 days a week Must be reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking
