Position Overview:
A beautiful private estate in Crystal Cove, Newport Coast, is seeking mature, reliable professionals to fill one part-time and one full-time Housekeeper positions. Both roles will assist with maintaining the residence and preparing light meals for the household. The ideal candidates will have an exceptional eye for detail, take pride in maintaining an immaculate home and understand the level of care required when working with fine furnishings, specialty surfaces and valuable household items. Candidates must be proactive, organized, discreet and comfortable working independently as well as alongside other household staff. Candidates must be to prepare light meals - salads, smoothies, boiled eggs, chopped vegetables.
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping and Laundry Maintain organized closets, cabinets, pantries and storage areas Perform detailed daily cleaning and upkeep throughout the residence Handle household laundry, including washing, folding, ironing and organizing clothing and linens Work cooperatively with other household staff and service professionals Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas Complete rotating deep-cleaning projects Make beds and change bed linens Report maintenance concerns, damaged items or areas requiring additional attention Properly care for fine furnishings, artwork, specialty finishes and delicate household items Assist with household organization and seasonal projects Follow established household preferences, routines and cleaning standards Dust, vacuum, mop and care for floors and surfaces using the appropriate products and techniques Help prepare the residence for guests and maintain a consistently polished presentation Monitor household cleaning products and supplies and notify the appropriate person when items need to be replenished Maintain complete discretion and respect the family's privacy at all times Cooking and Kitchen Support Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Handle grocery shopping and keep track of food and household supplies Prepare fresh, well-balanced everyday meals according to the household's preferences and dietary needs Properly store food, ingredients and leftovers Assist with meal planning and maintain a well-stocked kitchen Coordinate specialty food orders or catering when needed
Ideal Candidate:
Dependable, punctual and committed to maintaining consistent standards Previous professional housekeeping experience in a high-end private residence, luxury hotel, resort or yacht Mature and reliable Experienced with laundry, ironing and the care of fine garments and linens Flexible, cooperative and willing to assist wherever needed Must be able and willing to cook oatmeal, boiled eggs, salads and smoothies Proactive and able to identify what needs attention without constant direction Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Professional, discreet and respectful of household privacy Comfortable preparing fresh, well-presented everyday meals Comfortable working independently and as part of a household team Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and products for a variety of surfaces and materials
Requirements:

Pay:
