We are searching for a take charge, hands-on, detail-oriented and responsible person to help look after a family home in Ojai, California. Seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Housekeeper to help maintain and oversee the day-to-day upkeep of a home in Ojai.

NEEDS TO BE FLEXIBLE WITH THE SCHEDULE.

Sometimes it may be afternoon/evenings. Other times it will be daytime. Some weekend work. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on housekeeping, organization, laundry, guest readiness, and maintaining a clean, well-run home. The position also includes coordinating with vendors and service providers to help ensure the property and grounds remain well maintained year-round.

Responsibilities Include:

Housekeeping, laundry, organization, and guest house preparation Coordinating with vendors as needed Managing household supplies, deliveries, and service appointments Assisting with parties/social gatherings Helping coordinate care for a dog and cat Ensuring the home remains clean, organized, secure, and guest-ready at all times

Qualifications:
