Hours vary depending on customer bookings. There are no guaranteed weekly hours . When cleaning jobs become available, we'll contact you with the date, time, location, and estimated job length. You can accept or decline available shifts based on your availability. This is a good fit for someone looking for flexible supplemental work who takes pride in leaving homes clean, fresh, and well cared for. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning according to Mirage Cleaning Co. standards Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors Dust, wipe surfaces, vacuum, and mop Follow customer instructions and requested priority areas Use cleaning products and equipment safely Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in customers' homes Arrive on time for accepted assignments Communicate with management if issues arise during a job Work independently or alongside another cleaner when needed Schedule Part-time / on-call Hours vary based on customer bookings No guaranteed minimum number of hours Shifts may be available Monday through Sunday Once a shift is accepted, reliable attendance is expected Same-day or short-notice opportunities may occasionally be available What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to work independently Comfortable working in customers' homes Good communication skills Able to perform physical cleaning tasks for several hours Reliable transportation to jobs throughout the Coachella Valley Previous residential cleaning experience preferred, but not required Service Area Jobs may be located throughout: Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio, Palm Springs, and Cathedral City.
