Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality. Weekend arability is a must. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Restock room supplies such as toiletries and refreshments. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing as needed. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices is a plus. A background in hospitality is highly desirable, showcasing an understanding of guest service expectations. Experience in housekeeping management is advantageous for those looking to grow within the role. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this position.
