The position will be responsible to maintain the highest quality cleaning services and ensure that principals' residence and all other properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness possible. Primary responsibilities/duties include but are not limited to: Maintain the cleanliness of the exterior structure. Maintain and clean windows. Maintain and clean all walkways, patios, and parking areas. Clean, maintain, and organize pool areas and all furniture and umbrellas. Maintain exterior furniture include pressure washing, sanding and oiling. Maintenance of tennis courts and fitness structure. Automobile and Golf Cart maintenance which includes washing, waxing, vacuuming, etc. Responsible to ensure all of client's vehicles supply a cell phone which is fully functional. Cell phone must be charged 100% charged and checked daily. Maintain and clean lights and light fixtures throughout a property. Ensure that the light bulbs are working and replace as needed. Responsible for setting up, maintaining and break down of furniture during hosted events. Responsible for trash collection and removal and maintaining collection area clean and sanitary. Transportation of high-end furniture and priceless art between estates and warehouses. Running company errands as needed. Organization and cleanliness of warehouses. Pressure wash ponds and roof tops of private estates. Other duties as assigned by Estate Manager/COO.
