We clean new construction homes, move-outs, residential homes, Airbnbs, models, offices, and more. We are looking for people who are reliable, detail-oriented, willing to work hard, and able to follow instructions. We have opportunities for Part-Time, Full-Time, and Very Part-Time Laborer positions.

PART-TIME / FULL-TIME CLEANING TEAM MEMBER

Our cleaning team members help make homes truly move-in ready. This is physical, hands-on work and is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active and seeing the results of their work. What You'll Do Depending on the job, you may: Clean new construction homes from top to bottom Clean windows inside and outside Clean window tracks and frames Dust walls, trim, doors, baseboards, fixtures, and other surfaces Clean kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, and appliances Vacuum, sweep, and mop Complete move-out and residential cleaning Clean Airbnb and short-term rental properties Perform touch-ups and re-cleans Work from detailed checklists and job instructions Work safely and take care of company equipment and supplies Work independently as well as with a team

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Shows up on time and can be counted on Takes pride in their work Notices details Is willing to learn Can follow written instructions and ask questions when something is unclear Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Communicates well with the team Takes care of company equipment Is comfortable with physical work Can work on ladders and safely handle cleaning equipment Has a positive, team-oriented attitude Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Physical Requirements This is an active job.

You should be comfortable:

Being on your feet for most of the workday Bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and carrying Carrying cleaning equipment and supplies Climbing ladders safely Working inside and outside Walking 15,000+ steps on some workdays Lifting up to 50 pounds

Schedule Part-Time:

Flexible, limited days per week depending on business needs and availability.

Full-Time:

Typically Monday-Friday, with schedules based on our daily job assignments. Our normal workday begins around 7:25 a.m. Hours can vary depending on the work scheduled for the day.

VERY PART-TIME LABORER

We are also looking for a dependable person for occasional labor work. This position is VERY part-time and is intended for someone looking for occasional work rather than a regular full-time schedule.

Laborer Duties May Include:

Power washing Removing paper/protective coverings from floors Sweeping areas before carpet installation Helping prepare new construction homes Moving or organizing supplies and equipment Other basic labor tasks as needed This position may be a great fit for someone who wants occasional work and flexible hours .
