Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Clean floors using appropriate techniques and equipment for carpet cleaning, floor care, and outdoor work when necessary. Manage the use of cleaning detergents and cleaning equipment safely while maintaining proper storage and inventory levels. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling tasks to move furniture or large items safely without injury. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service in residential housekeeping settings. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning methods, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout your shift. Familiarity with outdoor work environments and outdoor cleaning procedures is a plus. Effective client communication skills to ensure satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
