Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across all estate areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor patios Pay attention to small details and maintain high standards of household specifications Work closely with House Manager and fellow staff members Vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Prepare meals or assist with cooking as needed to support household staff or residents' dietary preferences Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are in good working order and stored properly Keep accurate and detailed inventory of products and work with manager on placing an order for replenishment organization of closets, cupboards, pantry assist with event planning, organization and coordination follow dress code Experience & Skills Proven experience in residential housekeeping or custodial roles within private estates or luxury residences Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning methods, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience Familiarity with cleaning detergents, janitorial equipment, and sanitation standards required for high-end properties Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and household staff Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards Physical stamina for lifting, manual handling tasks, and outdoor work Demonstrated experience in housekeeper management Prior experience with residential cleaning, dusting, surface sanitation, and floor care techniques Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States English proficiency Valid driver license own reliable transportation

Schedule :

full time, 5 days/week Wednesday through Sunday Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (30 min break) and Saturday 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM (30 min break) Full benefits package after 90 day introductory period (health, dental, life insurance, 401k, and Paid Time Off accrual)
