We're looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated team player to join our Luxury Home Cleaning Team in Davenport, Florida. As a Housekeeping Dispatcher , you'll help coordinate the daily cleaning operation across multiple vacation homes. You'll communicate with cleaning crews, assign homes and duties, track progress, and help ensure each home is cleaned, inspected, and ready for arriving guests. Responsibilities Coordinate daily assignments for cleaning crews based on operational needs. Communicate with team members regarding assignments, priorities, and schedule changes. Track the progress of homes and help keep cleaning teams on schedule. Monitor the status of homes and communicate updates to supervisors and management. Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisors, Inspectors, Housemen, and cleaning crews. Adjust assignments and priorities as cleaning needs and schedules change. Communicate supply, equipment, maintenance, or other issues. Maintain daily records, schedules, assignments, and home status. Help track special projects such as grill cleaning, pool and patio furniture cleaning, deep cleaning, and pressure washing. Answer questions and help resolve issues as they arise. Support a positive team environment. Follow HHS procedures and quality standards. Provide friendly and professional service. Assist the team and management as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver's license. Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and adhere to uniform standards

Preferred:
