Houseman (Part-Time/Full-Time) AC Doral LLC Doral, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time 20 hours ago Qualifications Bilingual Full Job Description Job Summary The Houseman is responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Department by maintaining clean and organized guest floors, assisting with room preparation, and ensuring dirty linen and debris are properly removed. This position works closely with the Housekeeping Manager and room attendants to maintain hotel cleanliness standards. Houseman Responsibilities Strip guest rooms by removing dirty bed linens, towels, and other used items. Collect dirty linen from guest rooms and housekeeping areas and turn it in to the laundry room. Vacuum hallways and corridors on all assigned guest floors. Pick up and dispose of debris from hallways, guest floors, and assigned areas. Dust high areas in guest rooms and other assigned spaces. Assist room attendants with removing dirty linen and preparing rooms for cleaning. Keep guest floor hallways and housekeeping areas clean, organized, and free of debris. Turn in all lost and found items immediately according to hotel procedures. Report maintenance issues, damages, safety concerns, or unusual conditions to the manager. Refer any guest concerns, requests, or issues that cannot be handled directly to the appropriate manager. Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements

MUST BE BILINGUAL.

Must be able to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. Must be dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently with the Housekeeping team.
