JAX Elevate Cleaning Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Subcontractors (1099) to partner with us for residential and commercial cleaning opportunities throughout Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. This is a flexible, job-based opportunity. Cleaning assignments will be offered as they become available based on your availability, location, experience, and the needs of each customer. Subcontractors may accept or decline individual assignments. We are looking for cleaning professionals who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, arrive reliably, and consistently provide an elevated level of service. Responsibilities Complete residential and/or commercial cleaning assignments according to the agreed-upon scope of work Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and surface sanitation Complete standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and commercial cleaning assignments as accepted Follow the specific scope and requirements provided for each accepted assignment Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers and JAX Elevate Cleaning Solutions Arrive at accepted assignments on time and complete work within a reasonable timeframe Treat customers' homes, businesses, and belongings with care Report damages, access issues, customer concerns, or other problems promptly Perform a final walkthrough of completed work to maintain quality standards What We're Looking For Prior professional residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred Dependable and detail-oriented Strong time-management and communication skills Ability to work independently Professional appearance and customer-service skills Reliable transportation to accepted cleaning assignments Ability to perform normal physical requirements associated with professional cleaning Smartphone with reliable communication access Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must meet JAX Elevate Cleaning Solutions' subcontractor onboarding requirements Compensation & Scheduling This is a 1099 independent subcontractor opportunity with no guaranteed number of assignments or hours. Compensation is established per cleaning assignment and communicated before an assignment is accepted. Pay varies based on factors such as property size, service type, scope of work, and cleaning requirements.
