Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic living spaces. Conduct laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools with safety and precision. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work to maintain exterior areas and outdoor spaces. Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled windows while maintaining quality standards. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout your shift. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation practices is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Experience with laundry services and handling cleaning detergents responsibly. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Outdoor work experience is a plus, especially when it involves outdoor maintenance or exterior space upkeep. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork within a housekeeping management setting.
