Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitize bathrooms. Change bed linens and towels, restock supplies as needed, and report any maintenance issues to management. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when replenishment is necessary. Skills Experience in custodial or hotel housekeeping preferred; familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
