As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the quality and appearance of flooring materials. Manage housekeeping duties in hotel settings as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction through cleanliness. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning visits. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, sanitization methods, and use of cleaning equipment is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
