Airbnb Turnover Specialist - Hotel Housekeeping Experience Preferred Perfectly Placed | Belleville, IL Perfectly Placed is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to prepare our short-term rental property for incoming guests. Current or recent hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred. We are especially interested in hotel housekeepers, room attendants, inspectors, and hospitality professionals looking for flexible additional work. This is more than routine house cleaning. Each turnover must leave the property fully guest-ready — clean, staged, restocked, inspected, and ready for the next arrival. Responsibilities (not limited to): Complete Airbnb turnovers between guest stays Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas Wash and reset linens and towels Make beds and stage the property Restock guest supplies Report low inventory, damage, stains, and maintenance issues Submit required completion photos and a final walkthrough video Complete a digital turnover checklist/form Occasionally assist with small errands or simple property-related tasks when requested Ideal Candidate Current or recent hotel housekeeping experience preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable using checklists, photos, videos, and digital forms Available during daytime turnover hours Some weekday and weekend availability Reliable transportation A driver's license is not required as long as you have reliable transportation. Schedule This is a flexible, booking-based position. Turnovers vary depending on guest reservations and may occur on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. We are hiring for Primary, Secondary, and Backup/On-Call cleaner positions. Compensation $100 per completed and approved standard turnover Additional compensation may be available for approved: Excessive cleaning Off-site laundry Supply runs Deep cleaning Emergency or last-minute assignments Pay schedule: Weekly on Fridays for approved turnovers completed during the previous Sunday-Saturday pay period. Reliability If you accept a turnover and later become unavailable, you must notify Perfectly Placed as soon as possible.
