Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest services by greeting visitors, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas, including dining spaces, guest rooms, and common areas Assist with food service operations, including taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring timely delivery Support team leadership by coordinating tasks, managing conflicts professionally, and fostering a positive team environment Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely and according to safety protocols Administer first aid or CPR in emergencies when necessary, ensuring guest safety at all times Conduct routine cleaning duties and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage guest relations by resolving complaints promptly and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for record keeping and communication purposes Knowledge of hospitality reservation systems, POS systems, and credit card payment processing is advantageous Ability to handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting safely and efficiently Certification in first aid or CPR is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided on-site Experience with conflict management and guest relations to handle challenging situations professionally Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities for supervisory roles within the hospitality environment Join us to deliver outstanding service while developing your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Pay:
From $15.30 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
