RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform residential cleanings according to Casita Clean's quality standards. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces. Pay attention to detail and properly complete assigned tasks. Follow our cleaning systems, procedures, and checklists. Work independently or as part of a team. Treat our clients' homes and belongings with care and respect. Provide a professional 5-star service experience during every visit. Communicate any important problems or situations quickly and professionally.
REQUIREMENTS
Live in Plainfield, Joliet, or a nearby community within our service area. Have a valid driver's license. Have a reliable vehicle. Be available to work mornings Monday through Friday. Be willing to work some Saturdays when needed. Be able to perform physical work for several hours. Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks. Have basic English skills to communicate and follow instructions. Have a professional attitude and willingness to learn. Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but it is not required. We provide fully paid training.
