Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards Clean floors using appropriate methods such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning techniques Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Use cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively to ensure optimal results Conduct outdoor work such as patio or porch cleaning when required Manage time effectively to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and janitorial procedures Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and manual handling techniques Experience with carpet cleaning and heavy lifting tasks as needed Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Join us as an Independent Cleaning Contractor and enjoy the flexibility of running your own schedule while making a positive difference in people's homes!
