Competitive Pay Schedule:

Mon-Fri 6pm-12am Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, window cleaning and moving furniture, equipment etc. Clean all common space areas including kitchen, lobby and break rooms to ServiceMaster specifications Maintain all supplies (clean towels, mops, refills for chemicals, etc...)

We're Looking For:

You. Excellent customer service skills Reliable Transportation and a valid Driver's License Ability to use and differentiate between chemicals Ability to follow instructions Able to work a set schedule Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations Strong communication skills: verbal and written. Listens and responds appropriately (Spanish or English) Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors Ability to use a backpack vacuum and mop and bucket Physical requirements include bending, stooping, twisting and lifting (50 pounds)
