Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain high cleanliness standards. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with the organization of housekeeping carts and equipment for efficient workflow. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries regarding room services. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
