Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently Conduct floor cleaning and floor care using appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain a spotless appearance Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently Use cleaning detergents and cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to proper manual handling practices Dust surfaces, clean surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping solutions Assist with outdoor work tasks such as patio or garden cleaning when required Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation procedures Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, surface care, floor cleaning, and outdoor work experience Ability to handle heavy lifting safely during tasks such as moving furniture or large items Excellent customer service skills with clear client communication abilities Familiarity with cleaning detergents, cleaning equipment, and proper manual handling methods Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day Experience in housekeeper management or supervising teams is a plus but not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Attention to detail in dusting, surface cleaning, and sanitation practices Join us in creating beautiful, clean environments that enhance residents' comfort and well-being!
