Thirwood Place in South Yarmouth, Cape Cod's premier senior living community, is seeking a responsible and dependable person to join our team as a Houseperson . The Houseperson will perform a combination of cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of the public spaces around Thirwood Place. We are home to a vibrant group of senior residents who enjoy living in a first-class community.

Houseperson responsibilities include:

• Cleaning restrooms and halls, setting meeting spaces, garbage removal and vacuuming.
• Cleaning hallways, common areas, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met.
• Emptying wastebaskets and transporting other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture, using vacuum cleaners and carpet extractor. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing floors as necessary.
• Remove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool area.
