Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Execute detailed floor care routines such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident or guest requests promptly and professionally Manage custodial tasks such as replenishing supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring equipment is well-maintained Support housekeeping management with inventory checks, scheduling assistance, and adherence to safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation procedures, and laundry operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and operating cleaning equipment safely Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment is a plus Prior experience with carpet cleaning or specialized floor care is advantageous Knowledge of housekeeping management practices or supervisory experience can be beneficial but is not required Embark on a rewarding career where your attention to detail makes a real difference!
