Job Summary With significant growth of our vacation rental business, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of short-term rental properties. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of common spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring surfaces are dusted, sanitized, and spotless Remake beds and put out fresh linens Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to keep all flooring surfaces pristine Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens for clients Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and efficiently during deep cleaning or move-in/move-out services Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism Qualifications Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards required for household environments Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and outdoor work experience is a plus Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks with care Strong communication skills for client interaction and understanding specific household requirements Previous experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is advantageous
