Duties Perform thorough cleaning of DTW Suites, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine environment. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to uphold health standards. Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service experience. Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to all safety protocols. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled periods without compromising quality. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred. Experience with hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is advantageous. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation practices, and floor care techniques is essential. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, carpet cleaning methods, and outdoor work environments will set you apart. Demonstrated ability to handle manual lifting safely and operate various cleaning equipment confidently.
