Summary As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning residents' rooms and public areas according to a schedule and established procedures. You will also perform laundry duties as needed. Includes weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities:

Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces. Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor. Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition. Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Always maintains resident confidentiality. Other duties will be assigned as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Maintain a positive attitude Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods. Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously. Must be able to work around cleaning products. $15.00 - $17.37 per hour
