Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain the appearance of floors. Handle carpet cleaning duties to ensure carpets are well-maintained and free from stains. Provide custodial services in both residential and commercial environments, ensuring all facilities meet cleanliness standards. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Uphold high standards of customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks within designated timeframes. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and guests. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and moving furniture as needed. A willingness to learn new skills related to sanitation practices and floor care techniques is essential. We do not offer employee housing!
