Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential properties Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary to maintain exterior areas or large furniture pieces Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and client preferences to ensure consistent service quality Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service while respecting privacy and confidentiality Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with janitorial or custodial background preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor furniture Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs and preferences Join our team as a Housekeeper and be part of a vibrant environment where your skills make a real difference!
