own a housecleaning/organizing company, as it's growing I am looking for someone to come along side me at jobs. They can get messy and include

DEEP CLEANS, ORGANIZING, MOVE

OUTS and

CONSTRUCTION

cleans. Must have at least 1 full year residential housecleaning experience and your own vehicle. Pay is really good depending on experience. Our job is to make clients homes feel clean and fresh. We pride ourselves in doing a good job and doing a little more than what's expected; it's how we keep clients and even receive tips! Background check and drug screening are required. Pay will start at $18 an hour + tips + gas. We provide supplies! Hours are 9-5pm

Monday-Friday Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas (picking items up, wiping underneath, then placing them back in an organized manner)
• Dishes (If any)
• Fold towels and toilet paper in bathrooms to look neat
• Occasional making of beds
• Dust and polish furniture and surfaces
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Skills:

• Experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or housekeeping management is preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively job includes decluttering and organizing of client's houses and house cleaning.
• Must have good energy and move quick!
• Cleaning experience preferred
• Must have own vehicle
• These jobs are in South Charlotte/Indian Land/Waxhaw so you must live near by!

$50 bonus if you get a good review on google!
