$15.00-$18.00 per hour Nooks & Crannies Residential Cleaning LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking, trustworthy Residential Cleaner to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of providing excellent service in our clients' homes. Reliability is extremely important. Our clients depend on us to arrive as scheduled and provide consistent, high-quality cleaning. Job Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning according to company standards Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other areas of the home Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop Clean and sanitize surfaces Perform standard and deep-cleaning tasks Follow specific client instructions when provided Properly and safely use cleaning products and equipment Respect clients' homes, belongings, privacy, and personal information Report any damage, safety concerns, or problems immediately Work independently as well as part of a team Requirements Valid driver's license required Reliable personal vehicle required Must be willing and able to use your own vehicle for transportation between jobs Must successfully complete a background check Criminal history will be reviewed as permitted by applicable law and in relation to the responsibilities of the position Must be dependable, punctual, and have reliable attendance Must have a flexible schedule Monday through Friday Must be able to follow directions and company procedures Must be comfortable working in clients' homes Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude Must be trustworthy and respectful of client privacy Must be able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Physical Requirements Applicants must be physically able to: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Stand and walk for extended periods Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and stretch Safely use and stand on a 3-foot step ladder Carry cleaning supplies and equipment Perform repetitive cleaning motions Move throughout multi-level homes and regularly use stairs Pay $15.00-$18.00 per hour , depending on experience, performance, and qualifications.
