We are looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our businesses in a unique full-time position combining gym operations, customer service, membership sales, and eventually medical credentialing. The position will be based primarily at our Anytime Fitness location in Mooresville . What You'll Do Your first and most important responsibility will be keeping the Mooresville gym clean, organized, and ready for members every day .

Daily duties will include:

Cleaning gym equipment and workout areas Cleaning restrooms and showers Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning mirrors Emptying trash and restocking supplies Keeping the facility neat and professional Identifying maintenance or facility issues Assisting members with basic questions and needs Cleaning is a regular and important part of this position. As you learn the gym operation, you will also be trained in membership sales and customer service , including: Greeting prospective members Giving gym tours Explaining membership options Following up with prospective members Completing membership enrollments Assisting current members Helping with member retention and basic club administration You may occasionally be asked to help at our Salisbury Anytime Fitness location when coverage is needed. Opportunity to Learn Medical Credentialing As you become comfortable with your gym responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to learn medical credentialing through Carolina Medical Credentialing .

Training may include:

Provider credentialing and recredentialing Insurance enrollment applications Following up with insurance companies Tracking application status Working with insurance websites and portals Maintaining provider documentation Data entry and administrative support Communicating with medical practices and providers Previous credentialing experience is not required . We are willing to train the right person. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Willing to clean and perform hands-on work every day Friendly and comfortable talking with people Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers Able to learn new software and procedures Able to work independently Willing to learn membership sales Interested in developing administrative and medical credentialing skills Flexible enough to occasionally work at our Salisbury location Previous experience in fitness, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required. Pay & Schedule $12.00-$15.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position based primarily in Mooresville.
