Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures consistently across all areas of the home, adhering to safety guidelines. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to clean floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas as needed. Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to prevent injury. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is functioning properly for optimal performance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with janitorial or custodial procedures, including floor care and surface sanitation. Hands-on experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and floor buffers. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, handling cleaning detergents safely, and implementing sanitation standards. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas of homes when required. Excellent client communication skills to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
