Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, or polishing various flooring types to preserve their appearance and longevity. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces and equipment. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and floor care techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
