What You'll Do Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans to MaidMop's quality checklist in clients' homes Manage your own schedule through our online booking system, arriving on time and fully prepared Build relationships with recurring clients through consistent, detail-oriented work Communicate professionally and warmly with homeowners, many of whom will be repeat clients Flag any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns you notice in a home to the office Represent MaidMop's professionalism and standards at every job, every time

What We're Looking For Required:

Prior professional house cleaning experience — this is the main thing we're screening for. If you've got it, the rest of this list is easy. Reliable transportation to jobs across Rotterdam, Guilderland, Niskayuna, Latham, Clifton Park, and surrounding areas Able to carry, or be added to, liability coverage as required for bonded/insured work Sharp attention to detail and comfortable working independently in a client's home Preferred (nice to have, not required): Experience cleaning larger or higher-end homes Familiarity with eco-friendly or non-toxic cleaning products Bilingual — not required, but a plus with some clients Pay & Schedule This is a 1099 independent contractor role, paid 45% of the job price per completed cleaning. Depending on job type and pace, experienced cleaners typically earn $22-$30/hour.
