Independent Residential Cleaning Contractor Compensation:

Fixed pay per completed job; typically equivalent to approximately $25-$35 per hour. West Cleveland Cleaning Services is seeking experienced, dependable independent cleaning contractors to complete residential cleaning assignments throughout Cleveland's western suburbs. This is a flexible, as-needed independent contractor opportunity. You may accept or decline individual cleaning assignments based on your availability and preferred service area. We manage customer acquisition, scheduling, and client communication so you can focus on providing excellent cleaning services. Contractors are paid an agreed-upon amount for each completed job rather than a fixed hourly wage. Based on typical completion times, compensation generally works out to approximately $25-$35 per hour. Actual earnings depend on the size, type, and condition of each property. Consistent hours are not guaranteed as we continue building our client base. Responsibilities Complete standard, deep, move-in, and move-out residential cleaning services Deliver thorough, consistent work with strong attention to detail Arrive reliably for accepted cleaning assignments Communicate professionally with clients and West Cleveland Cleaning Services Respect client privacy, property, and confidentiality Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately Report damages, access issues, or client concerns promptly Contractor Requirements Professional residential cleaning experience Reliable transportation and a working smartphone Own cleaning supplies and equipment Strong attention to detail and professional communication Ability to work independently and reliably complete accepted jobs Willing to provide references and complete a background check Must have or be willing to obtain general liability insurance before accepting assignments Responsible for your own taxes and other independent contractor obligations Service Area Assignments may be available throughout Cleveland's western suburbs, including Lakewood, Rocky River, Westlake, Bay Village, Fairview Park, North Olmsted, Avon, Avon Lake, and surrounding communities. Schedule Flexible, based on your availability Primarily Monday through Friday Some weekend assignments may be available Approximately 1-20 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to ramp up as demand grows Work is offered on an as-needed basis, and assignments are not guaranteed Why Work With Us?
