Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance / Houseman to join our hotel team. This role is essential in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the hotel facilities. The Maintenance / Houseman will perform a variety of tasks related to property upkeep, repairs, and guest service support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities to maintain a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel to ensure all areas are in excellent condition. Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping tasks in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas as needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests, addressing issues efficiently to minimize disruptions. Conduct inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Maintain inventory of supplies and tools required for maintenance and cleaning tasks. Support set-up and breakdown for hotel events or functions as required. Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies during all maintenance activities. Assist with other duties related to the upkeep of the hotel environment as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel maintenance, housekeeping, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, or general repair work is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service. Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Pay:

$11.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
