Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and outdoor work when required. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor cleaning techniques. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and appliances. Follow proper janitorial and custodial procedures to uphold sanitation standards across all areas of the residence. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete daily tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation practices. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and chemicals along with proper handling procedures. Excellent manual handling skills for lifting heavy items safely without injury. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
