Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented person for one of our 3 open positions. Front Desk Associate, Housekeeping, or Bartender. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in and out efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as Choice Advantage or similar platforms Manage guest inquiries via phone communication with professionalism and hospitality etiquette, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly Coordinate housekeeping tasks to ensure rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hospitality reservation systems with attention to detail Serve beverages at the hotel bar, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and maintaining a lively yet responsible atmosphere Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns swiftly and courteously, enhancing overall guest satisfaction Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure safety for guests and staff at all times Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality roles such as front desk operations or housekeeping is highly preferred but not necessary Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for effective client communication in diverse environments Strong customer service problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is advantageous Experience working in resort settings or with guest relations enhances your ability to excel in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality!
