Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to ensure a pristine environment Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance when required Use manual handling techniques safely for heavy lifting of furniture or bulky items during cleaning tasks Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service Ensure all cleaning surfaces are sanitized according to health standards and company protocols Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners with proficiency Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and floor care techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work conditions when necessary Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients Familiarity with various cleaning tools and equipment including detergents and surface cleaners Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday Experience in laundry services and carpet cleaning is advantageous Prior housekeeping management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required Join us in delivering outstanding cleanliness and comfort!
